My Account

In the Admin Portal's My Account section, you will find the data related to your project in the platform, such as country, currency, and Top-Top Limit, the absolute highest number of active credits a customer can have simultaneously. Also, you can find your account's name and description here.

Note

If the customer selects an unlimited number of active credits for users when creating a new product/offer, the number displayed will be the one previously configured for the project.

Users

In the lower part of this section, you will find information about other users with access to the Admin Portal. You can view their username, status, and profile within the platform. However, you cannot make any changes to them.
