Credit Request

In the first sub-section, Credit Requests, the user will find the total number of requests to date. This sub-section contains all the credit requests, completed or incomplete, made by customers.

The definitions of credit request may vary depending on the specific business rules of the project.

The Credit requests will be presented to you as a table, with various fields detailing each request. You have also at your disposal filters to improve your capabilities to find the desired request you wish to consult.

Credit requests

Each individual request presented on the table has several different fields related to them, which you can explore below:

Customer IDThe unique identifier assigned to each user who completed the onboarding process.
Request IDThe unique identifier assigned to each credit application that has not yet been confirmed.
Customer NameUsername captured in the onboarding process.
Request StatusStatus of a pre-loan, the possible statuses are: completed, pending, rejected, or expired.
AmountAmount requested by the user.
DownpaymentThe amount that the user should have paid at the time of purchase, not part of the credit.
Taken-atThe date on which the credit request is made.
ProductThe name configured by the customer when configuring their products.
OfferThe name configured by the customer when configuring the offer.
