Access to the credit management platform

Platform access

To access the admin portal for the first time, you need to have a username and a temporary password, which will be provided by MO to the client at the beginning of the project. If you don't have one yet, you can contact MO's support team, and they will provide you with one.

Once you have your username (an email address) and your temporary password, enter the data in the fields indicated, and then click on the "Log in" button to continue. If the information entered is correct, the platform will ask you to change your password to a permanent one.
In case any user has problems logging into the Merchant Panel, you can contact MO Technologies technical team at [email protected] and they will be able to provide you with the necessary support.

Temporary password change

To successfully modify your password, you must verify that it meets the requirements stipulated at the bottom of the screen: include at least one letter, include at least one number, and have at least eight (8) characters between numbers and letters.

You will know that your password has been successfully changed when the screen displays the phrase "Account created successfully" and a confirmation message arrives to your e-mail.
To enter the platform, click on the "Continue" button and log in with your username and new password.

Forgot your password?

In case you forget your password and cannot enter the platform you can click on the ”I Forgot my password" button. This button will redirect you to another screen where you will have to follow a series of steps to recover your password

Step 1: In the "Email" field enter the email address with which you are registered on the platform and then click on the "Continue" button. By clicking on this button, you authorize MO to send you a verification code that will allow you to recover your password. Remember that there is a time limit for recovering your password. Try to complete the process in the shortest time possible. If the code expires because you exceeded the time limit, you will have to start the process again.

Step 2: In the "Enter code" fields enter the code you received in your email. If you did not receive it, click on the "Resend code" button and enter the new code. If you do not enter the code before the timer expires, you will have to request a new code in the "Resend code" button.

Step 3: Enter your new password meeting the requirements specified on the screen: include a letter, a number and have at least eight (8) characters between numbers and letters. Then click the "Continue" button to save your changes.

Step 4: If your password meets the above requirements, your new password has been successfully created. Click on the "Go to log in" button to enter the platform with your new password.

Log Out and platform support

At the top of the Admin Portal, the user will find the following options on the right side:

  1. Support button: In case you have any inconvenience and require assistance from MO support team, you can click on the " ? " which will redirect you to your email application to contact the support team.

  2. Profile button: when the user wants to log out, just click on the button in the upper right corner, and in the drop-down click on the "Log out" button. The session will be automatically closed.
