Customers Manager
Review all your current customers and pre-customers.
In the Customer Manager section, you will find 2 sections at the top: Pre-customers and Customers which you can access.
Pre-customers
In the section, Pre-customers, you will find the total number of pre-customers on the platform to date, search filters, filters by creation and modification date, search button and lists with information regarding pre-customers. A Pre-customer is a user that still needs to fulfill some requirements (defined by business rules) to be considered a Customer. It is possible that the definition may vary according to the business rules of the project.
At the top you will find some filters that will allow you to make a better search.
- Filter Search: Enter the pre-customer's name or phone number to find their information in the list.
- Date created filter: Select a specific date or period (days, weeks or months) to find the accounts created on these dates. The filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search.
- Date modified filter: Select a specific date or period (days, weeks or months) to find the modified accounts made on these dates. The filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search.
The user can make use of one or more filters at a time. Once you have selected the filters you want to work with, click on the "Search" button to start the search.
The creation date and modification date filters have a drop-down to facilitate the search. Select the period you wish to search for (manually in the calendar or via the preset options on the left), then click the "Set Date" button to select the date.
The download button will allow you to download the information reflected in the list in CSV format. If there are active filters at the time of downloading, only the information corresponding to the active filters will be downloaded.
List fields:
The fields with arrows on the side allow you to organize the information in ascending or descending order.
- Name: Name of the user captured in the onboarding process.
- Pre-customer ID: Unique identifier of the user who has not yet completed the onboarding process.
- Phone number: Phone number captured in the user's onboarding process
- Date created: Date on which the pre-customer was created
- Date modified: Date on which the pre-customer changed status
- ID Type: Type of document used by the customer in the onboarding process
- E-Mail: E-mail address registered by the customer in the onboarding process
Customers
In the Customers section, you will find the total number of customers on the platform to date, a Customer is a user who met all requirements (defined by business rules) and activated his account to view the available credit offers. It is possible that the definition may vary according to the business rules of the project.
At the top you will find some filters that will allow you to make a better search.
- Search filter: enter the client's name, ID, email or phone number to find the client's information in the list.
- Active loans filter: select from the available options the active loans per client. This option has a drop-down to facilitate the search for active loans from 0 or greater than 0.
- Date created filter: Select a specific date or period (days, weeks or months) to find the accounts created on these dates. The filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search.
- Date modified filter: Select a specific date or period (days, weeks or months) to find the modified accounts made on these dates. The filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search.
- Status filter: select the status to find the customers belonging to this group. The filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search. Enabled (enabled), Disabled (disabled) and Blocked (blocked).

- Name: Captured name of the user who completed the onboarding process.
- Customer ID: Unique identifier of each user who completed the onboarding process.
- Status: Status that a customer can have, either Enabled, disabled and blocked.
- Active Loans: Number of loans that the user has in active status.
- Email: Email captured from the user in the onboarding process.
- Phone number: Cell phone number captured from the user in the onboarding process.
- National ID: User's country identity document
- Date created: Date on which onboarding was completed by the user
- Date modified: Date on which the user's status changes
- Personal data acceptance: Date on which the user accepted the check box authorizing the saving of personal data
- Commercial approval: Date on which the user accepted the check box "authorize to save personal data for commercial purposes".
If you want more detailed customer information, you can click on any of the customer fields in the table. This will redirect you to the Customer profile, where you can find more details.
In the Customer profile the user will find two sections Credit Overview and Customer Details where the following information can be viewed:
If at the time of the query a user has a refinanced loan, the Refinanced Loans table will be displayed, otherwise this field will not be reflected.
