The only person authorized to perform these actions will be the Super Admin.

Group Profile

After clicking on the group, a screen with the profile of the selected group will be displayed, where you can see the merchants added and all the offers added with their respective settings.

Edit Values button: Selecting the "edit values" button will enable the commission field so that the user can adjust or change the value, the button will change to "Confirm" to save the applied changes.

Delete group: When you click on "Delete group" a pop up will appear where you will have to confirm if you are sure to delete the group, all the stores belonging to the group will remain in the "default" group. Only the Super admin user will be able to delete a group.

By clicking on the "Add or remove aggregator" option in the group profile, the following screen will be displayed, where the user will be able to add and remove merchants to the group.

The fields in the list that have arrows on the side will allow you to organize the information in ascending or descending order.

  1. Merchant filters: In order to easily find the merchants to be added to the group, you have the ability to filter by two aspects that will facilitate the creation of the group, by aggregator name or aggregator ID.
  2. Filter by MCC (Filter/Sort): This filter is important at the point where you do not know exactly the trade to be added you can filter by the category to which it belongs.

Actions:

Click to add merchant: The user must click on "add" to add a merchant, at this point it will disappear from the list and will be displayed in the box located at the top of the screen.

Aggregate Merchant: If you decide to change your mind about the aggregate merchant, you can click on the "X" next to the merchant's name to remove it from the ones it is currently part of.

Considerations:

  • You will not be able to continue without having at least one business added, in which case the system will not enable the "Confirm" button.
  • A store can never belong to more than one group simultaneously, whenever a store that already belongs to a group is added, it will be removed from the current group and transferred to the new one.

By clicking on "Add or remove offer" in the group profile, the following screen will be displayed, where the user can add or remove offers and configure the commissions of the offer to be added.

In order to find in a simple way the offers to be added to the group, you have the ability to filter by two aspects that will facilitate the creation of the group.

  1. Filter Amount: An offer can be found by entering an expected credit amount, the filter will search for all offers where this amount does not exceed the limits of the configured range.
  2. Number installments: An offer can be found by entering the number of installments, the filter will search for all offers that meet the requirement.

Actions:

New offers - Check box select offer: When you want to add an offer click on the check box and it will enable the "commissions" fields.
New offers - Commission field: The user must add the integer value of the percentage, i.e., if 10 is typed it means that the commission will be 10%.
Check box selected offer: If you want to change the decision on the added offer and you want to withdraw it, you must click on the check box and this will disable the offer, to confirm the decision a pop up will be displayed to confirm the decision.

Considerations:

  • You will not be able to continue without having at least one offer added, in this case the system will not enable the "Confirm" button.
  • You will not be able to continue if the "commission" field is empty or contains invalid data.
  • The commission value cannot be negative and cannot be greater than 100, otherwise the system will display an error.

Group creation

By selecting the "+Create new group" button you will be redirected to the screen where you can create a new group for the trade.

Default group: A default group is where you will find all the stores that have not been assigned to a previously created group.

If you still have stores in the default group, you can create new groups by clicking on the "Create new group" button to start the creation process, the only one who can create groups will be the "super admin" user.

Step 1: After clicking on the "Create new group" button, the following screen will be displayed with three fields to enter the necessary information: Group name, short description and long description. This first step is important to be able to differentiate and give context to the users who want to see the different groups. After filling in the fields the "Confirm" button will be activated to save the information.

Considerations:

  • Fill in all fields before proceeding
  • Do not exceed the maximum number of characters displayed on the screen.

Step 2: When selecting Confirm, the list of stores to add to the group will be displayed, as well as search filters by store, aggregator ID and filter by MMC ID code indicating the segment in which the store operates. Select the merchants with which you want to create the new group, the "continue" button will be activated when there are merchants in the selected merchant field to save the selection.

Considerations:

  • At least one merchant must be selected to continue.

Step 3: In the next screen you will see the available offers that you can select for the group, you can also configure your commission and search the offers with the filters of amount and number of installments, once you finish the configuration select the continue button at the bottom right of the screen, at the end of the list.

Actions:

Check box select offer: When you want to add an offer click on the check box and it will enable the "commissions" field.
Commissions field: you must add the whole value of the percentage, if you enter 10 it means that the commission will be 10%.

Considerations:

  • You will not be able to continue without having at least one offer added, in case you do not choose an offer, the "continue" button will not be enabled.
  • You will not be able to continue if the "commission" field is not filled in.
  • The commission value cannot be negative and cannot be greater than 100, the system will display an error if this parameter is not met.

Step 4: Once you finish the configuration and select the "continue" button the following message will be displayed indicating that the group was successfully created.

At this point, the group has been created and a small summary of the configurations made (number of stores and product name) is displayed.

Considerations: If before confirming the group cancels or leaves the platform, you will have to start the whole process again (the data will not be saved in each step).
